We are looking for a "Tax Lawyer"

What do we have to do:

• Support of tax audits;
• Preparation of written advice on tax legislation and oral advice;
• Appeal against non-normative acts and actions of tax authorities;
• Participation in court tax disputes;
• Identification and assessment of tax risks (in activities, transactions, and so on).

You can easily cope if:

• You have a law degree;
• Good knowledge of tax legislation at a professional level;
• Good analytical skills;
• Experience in tax audits;
• Experience in the tax authorities in the control block will be an advantage;
• Experience in arbitration disputes (in particular, with tax authorities);
• The ability and skills of preparing objections to higher tax authorities, statements of claim to arbitration courts.
